Credentials

Started my first business when I was 16 and operated it for over 30 years.  Started and operated over 25 businesses so far in my lifetime.  Started investing in Real Estate in 1985.  Real state sales license in Ohio in 1986.  2002 broke net worth of $2M+ and started mentoring for Building Wealth brand.  2004 Honered induction into International Real Estate Hall of Fame.  Began training program training others how to mentor real estate investors.  Started teaching real estate courses for Wealth Intelligence Academy.  To date, pesonally mentored over 1400 students one-on-one in every state in the U.S. and trained over 30,000 students worldwide on real estate investing.  I've had my hands in many different types of. businesses which you can learn more about on my personal website.  www.timchaffin.com. 

Workshops

I conduct live workshops (bootcamps) on occasion when it makes sense.  I do most of them through Legacy Education Alliance.  

Online or On-Demand trainings

I also offer trainings on various topics that I have expertise with.  These are available as recordings and periodically online live.  These are priced lower than the workshops since the cost to put on the live events is much more costly.  See the services tab for more details.

Consulting

Remote or In-Person

We offer via phone, virtual or in person consulting.  The differences are via phone/virtual is typically in shorter increments and spaced out over a time frame that works for both of us.  This is typically offered to beginners or as an add on service after a live mentorship.  

The live mentorship is the most intensive program since we meet in the market where you want to invest and go deep into 'hand-on' training in your market.  It's best if we discuss what your needs are to decide which method may work most effectively for you.

Whats the Process?

Once you've looked everything over, send me an email so we can schedule a phone call or virtual call.  During this call we can decide what you may have a need for.  
Next, depending on your experience level and urgency, you can decide on what services you would like to utilize.  Once services are paid for you can schedule to take the appropriate courses to bring you up to speed on the knowledge you may need for a specific topic.  
From there, we can schedule a consultation call to start your coaching or mentorship, whichever you decide to utilize.  
You can follow up as needed based on the services you select.

What do we work on when Consulting?

The consulting is personalized based on what you need help with.  It can be as basic as setting up you business to making offers or deciding what to do with your profits.  Many times it's multiple topics with guidance to help steer you in the right direction.  

Many of the areas of work include finding deals, understanding financing, evaluating deals, making offers, negotiating, writing contracts, segmenting markets, communication skills, kicking you in the butt to get you moving, holding your hand to get you through a new experience and anything else that you need help with.

How long do we work together?

The time frame for phone or virtual consulting varies depending on both of our availability so we can spend uninterrupted time together.  Some clients have a job or a business to run and aren't able to go long periods of time working on their real estate business so they schedule 2-3 times per week for an hour or two or once per week for 3 or more hours at a time.  It's up to you regarding your available time and desire to work the business.  

If you selected the Live In-Person Mentorship then we work together for 2-5 solid days depending on what we may be doing.  The most popular package is the 3 day on site mentorship.  I would meet you in the market where you want to invest.  Most of the time it's near where you live but not limited to that location if you are already investing or will be moving or just prefer a different market than where you live.  Each day is 8 hours of working together doing whatever it is we need to do based on our plan we put together before we start our first day.  

What's your guarantee?

You have 72 hours from the date that services are paid for to receive a refund.  Past that time we are committed to making things work for you.  The fees associated with each product or service we offer is based on the access to the product or service and my time spent in working with you or for you.  Everyones results are different based on their own effort, expectations, experience level, commitment level, risk tolerance, time available to work the business, mindset and several other factors that may be different with each person.  Our time spent together is dedicated to assisting you in helping you succeed with your goals in real estate investing.  While there is no monetary guarantee of success, you are certainly welcome to let me know at anytime if you're not happy with any of our services.  It's my goal to make you successful.  Your success is a reflection on me and I intend on being successful in helping you.    I strongly urge you to understand what you want to get out of our time together and be committed to acting on what I will be teaching you.  I will not waste your time and I expect the same in return.
