This video explains the process for evaluating a real estate deal for the purpose of determining what exit strategy would be the most profitable in regards to a 'cash on cash' return and an 'ROI' return basis. Each strategy incorporates all the information that's needed to make an educated decision on what to do with the property, how long to hold the property and when to pull out equity.
